As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I wanted a table or booth. The young lady led us to a booth and we sat down. The server immediately was over and asked what drinks we wanted. I ordered our drinks and soon thereafter, our server brought them. The server was very gracious and circled to make sure everything was fine with our drinks and if we needed anything else. The selection of food was plenty. We had driven a long day from our travel. We needed some rest and a good meal. The care to make sure we were satisfied was continuous. There was plenty of food for my wife and I. When we are back in the area, we'll definitely drop by.

Panda Buffet is getting better. The first of December 2018 it was fabulous. We went in about the same time as usual about 1 or 2 in the afternoon and the food was hot and tasted very fresh. What a great improvement! Keep the new cook.

Food on the buffet was cold. We went back to give them another chance this week. Food was still cold. I told the server and she went to the buffet and felt the rim of a few of the containers she came back and said they are all hot. The people in the booth next to us were also commenting that their food was also cold. I went back to the buffet and chose something else and sat down and it to was cold. I went to the kitchen door and knocked, the server came back over to me and I asked if they had a microwave, she said yes how long did I want it heated for I told her a minute and half should do it. She came back holding the edge and said the plate is hot. I took the the plate and it was barely warm. I sat down and the food was Luke warm and the food was so tuff you couldn't eat it. I realized that they start their dinner prices start at 3:30 PM which I think they just charge $2.00 more for the food that is just left over from lunch. I decided to just go to the dessert bar. The ice cream all had freezer burn on top of the few choices they had. The other items didn't fair any better. The small containers with the chocolate mousse was just room temperature, the fresh ??? pineapple that was cut up still had the core in every piece. When we were done we expressed our concerns they acted like they really didn't care. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. I would not reccomend wasting your money or time it is worth the drive to the Shoals area if you want Chinese food.

There food is great . Me an my old man love goon there but I'd you dnt like Chinese then it's not for you. But they do have chicken an some other stuff an there salad bar could have a lil more to choose from,but there food is so good..
